Does creativity help us understand our true essence — or our consciousness? With Vanni Mangoni: visual artist Creativity is not just something we do — it’s something we are. In this episode, I sit with visual artist Vanni Mangoni to explore creativity as a bridge between the material world and the spiritual realm, and why nurturing both is essential to feeling fulfilled. We talk about the creative act as a way of being: in how we speak, how we relate, how we choose, and how we manifest our lives. Creativity becomes a school — one that teaches us to quiet the mind, stay present with what we’re doing, and avoid getting lost in deconstructive or self-sabotaging thoughts. Vanni shares how creativity supports inner growth, helping us return again and again to our true essence — to consciousness itself. Because creation is not reserved for a few: we all carry a divine creative power within us. We are not here only to witness life, but to actively participate in shaping it. We reflect on creativity as nourishment for the soul — a reminder that we are deeply connected, part of a collective consciousness, and ultimately, one. At the same time, we honor the importance of stillness and rest: the pauses that allow new inspiration to emerge and new creations to take form. An episode for anyone longing to reconnect with their creative power, slow down the mind, and remember that creating is a sacred act — one that brings us back home to ourselves.
